The Four-Star, Killarney Oaks Hotel are currently seeking all Chefs of All Grades to join our expanding team. The Killarney Oaks Hotel has a very strong local presence for Bar Food and is one of Munster's premier Wedding Venues.
We are interested in hearing from candidates with either full time or part-time availability.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a good command of the English language (Verbal & Written)
- They will have a passion for good food & willingness to build on what they have already learned
- Can work as part of a team but also independently
Duties Include:
- Supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen
- Observing all relevant hygiene guidelines throughout food preparation and service
- Preparing & presenting all food to the required standard.
- Complying with all HACCP requirements and relevant health & safety regulations.
