We’re growing and looking for ambitious, sales-driven individuals to join our Vodafone team in Donegal Town.
This is a unique split role where you’ll gain experience across both our retail store and call centre, giving you the opportunity to develop a diverse and rewarding sales skillset.
If you’re confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by hitting (and exceeding!) targets — this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers in-store, delivering a first-class Vodafone experience
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the best Vodafone solutions
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Generating leads and closing sales across both channels
- Managing customer accounts with a strong focus on service excellence
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store when required
- Working as part of a high-energy, supportive team
Your time will be split between retail and call centre activities based on business needs
