This is not a “social media posting” role.
This is a strategic growth position focused on:
Lead generation
Brand growth
Campaign performance
Revenue impact
You will work directly with leadership, sales, and operations teams to drive scalable marketing systems that generate measurable business results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build and execute marketing strategy across travel brands
- Drive lead generation campaigns
- Manage content, promotions, and campaign calendars
- Work closely with sales teams to improve conversion quality
Oversee:
- Paid campaigns
- Organic content
- Partnerships
- Email marketing
Track:
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- ROAS
- Lead quality
- Conversion performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong marketing and campaign management experience
- Commercial mindset (performance-driven, not vanity metrics)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Strategic thinker with execution ability
