Due to strategic growth and an expanding client portfolio within Co. Wicklow, we are currently seeking experienced and highly adaptable chefs to join our regional team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef seeking a flexible work-life balance (20–35 hours per week) while maintaining professional variety across a range of high-volume and fine-dining environments.
The Role
Our agency chefs serve as the frontline of our reputation. You will be deployed to various sites Wicklow and Dublin to provide critical operational support. We require professionals who can integrate seamlessly into existing brigades and maintain high standards of culinary execution with minimal briefing.
Key Requirements:
- Professional Background: A minimum of 2–3 years of consistent experience in a fast-paced Irish kitchen at a senior level (CDP or above).
- Certifications: Valid HACCP (Level 2 or 3) and Manual Handling certification.
- Logistics: Ideally a full driver’s license and access to a vehicle to ensure punctuality across various site locations, most of which include parking facilities.
- Compliance: Full eligibility to work in Ireland and current residency within the state.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional kitchen management skills, versatility across diverse cuisines, and a proactive approach to food safety and section management.
Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Executing food preparation and service to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operational Leadership: Taking responsibility for kitchen sections or full-scale operations during shifts as required.
- HACCP Compliance: Rigorous adherence to food safety management systems and local health regulations.
- Integration: Adapting rapidly to different kitchen cultures, equipment, and team structures to ensure zero downtime for the client.
