We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Book Keeper Administrator. Salary negotiable.
Description:
Providing support our team with data entry, payroll processing, invoicing, and general business operations. Your role will involve assisting with various daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Support our team to preparation of bookkeeping records, including sales, purchases, and bank transactions
· Support our team with the allocation of customer receipts, raise PO
· Support our team to preparing month-end journals and statements
· Experience with Xero Accounting Systems and Bright Pay Systems
· HR experience
· Proficiency in Excel
· Monthly cash flow and projections
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Experience:
At least two years’ experience working in office environment in an accounting /business process/office administration
