The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Perrotts Garden Bistro team.
You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, ensuring each guest enjoys a personalised and seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Deliver food and beverage service across lunch, dinner, and private dining
- Manage a designated section during service
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and service standards
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and presented to luxury standards
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel procedures
- Communicate guest requests and service requirements clearly to the team

- Deliver service in a warm, polished, and professional manner
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
- Maintain attention to detail in service, timing, and presentation
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Communicate clearly with team members to support smooth service flow
