Looking for an experienced Chef with experience in Indian vegetarian cooking in a Dublin city centre restaurant.

Main Repsonsibilities:
- Food Preparation and Cooking:Preparing and cooking a wide range of Indian vegetable dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's quality standards.
- Menu Development and Planning:Assisting in the development of new dishes and menu items, potentially contributing to cost analysis and pricing, according to Indeed.
- Kitchen Supervision:Overseeing and directing the kitchen staff, including training new employees and evaluating performance, says Rotana Careers.
- Food Safety and Hygiene:Ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory, ordering ingredients, and managing stock levels effectively.
- Quality Control:Maintaining the quality of all food items prepared, from preparation to presentation.
- Leadership:Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, managing daily operations, and potentially delegating tasks as needed.
- Problem-Solving:Addressing any issues that arise in the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations.
