We're looking for a Sales & Office Coordinator to join a well-established team. No previous office experience is essential - we're more interested in your attitude, your people skills, and your ability to stay on top of things when it gets busy. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role, you already have more transferable skills than you might think.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the engine room of the sales team - keeping things organised, communicating clearly, and making sure customers and colleagues have what they need. Day to day, that looks like:

Answering calls and emails, making sure customers get a helpful, timely response

Helping to prepare quotes and following up to keep the pipeline moving

Processing orders and tracking them through from start to finish

Keeping project records and files up to date

Liaising between the sales team, warehouse, and service teams

Dealing with any queries or complaints professionally and calmly

Supporting the general running of the office day to day

Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:15pm
