After-School Area Manager – YMCA Dublin

Job Summary
The After-School Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day organisation and operation of
YMCA Dublin’s after-school services across Parkside, De Verdon Place and Citywest. Based
at Parkside, the role will provide oversight and support across all three locations, lead the
after-school teams and help ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services for
children and families.

Key Responsibilities
Management
- Manage the after-school services across the three current locations and any future
locations, in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Ensure each location delivers a quality curriculum linked to the National Quality
Guidelines for School-Age Childcare Services
- Undertake service reviews and prepare reports for management and relevant funding
organisations
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date, implemented and communicated to
staff
- Ensure services are prepared for inspection and that records relating to children
attending are maintained to a high standard
