Butlers The Factory Tour is currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate tour guide to join our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
· To provide tours at Butlers The Factory Tour
· To ensure great knowledge of Butlers Chocolates and its history
· To ensure the Butlers Chocolates customer service standards are adhered to all times
· To adhere to all procedural duties as outlined
· To liaise with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
Skills and Requirements:
· Previous tour guiding or public speaking experience
· Must be passionate and enthusiastic to continuous learning about Butlers Chocolates
· Excellent communication skills
· Must have a high level of motivation and positive attitude
· Must have good people skills
· Must have the ability to work well in a team
· Fluent English
Work schedule: Monday - Sunday shift work, evenings and weekends required
