Our client is a fastgrowing, dynamic property business in Co. Meath. They’re rapidly scaling their portfolio and now seeking a sharp, commercially minded Property Legal Counsel to join their leadership team and help drive our strategic vision.
The Role
This high-impact, part ime role offers exceptional schedule flexibility. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the sole authority on all legal matters and heavily involved in high-level strategic business decisions. This role has a key focus on conveyancing where you’ll lead and manage complex commercial and residential property transactions (acquisitions, disposals, and leasing). You’ll provide legal oversight and advice regarding Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles (ICAVs).
Candidate Requirements
Must be an Irish Qualified Solicitor/Barrister (ideally a minimum of 2.5yrs PQE) with conveyancing experience and be entirely comfortable managing complex property files independently. Must have a thorough, practical understanding of ICAVs. Must be pragmatic, autonomous, and capable of translating complex legal situations into business solutions.
