The Role
This role is ideally suited to someone who understands that great security is about more than managing the door — it’s about creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere while building positive relationships with our regular customers and local community.
Responsibilities
- Providing a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
- Monitoring entry and exit points
- Managing customer interactions professionally and respectfully
- Handling incidents calmly and effectively
- Supporting staff in maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Representing us in a friendly and approachable manner
Requirements
- Valid PSA Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in door security or hospitality security
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with locals and regular patrons
- Calm, professional, and reliable
- Good judgement and conflict resolution skills
- Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights (Sundays on bank holidays).
