We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation in Co. Meath, for a Cashier to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, cash handling and administration experience who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
- Process lodgements, withdrawals, payments and electronic transfers
- Handle cash and complete daily balancing procedures
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers/members
- Assist with account and membership applications
- Update customer records accurately
- Support general administration duties including email, filing and scanning
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office
What you’ll need:
- Previous customer service, cashier or administration experience
- Cash handling experience
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Bonus if you have:
- Experience within a credit union, banking or financial services environment
- Experience using Wellington Banking software
- APA or QFA qualifications
