Your Responsibilities
- Support the Gym Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Assist with staff supervision.
- Help monitor membership numbers, retention trends, and member satisfaction.
- Build strong, friendly relationships with members, contributing to a welcoming gym culture.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of gym equipment and facilities.
- Manage and maintain stock levels (supplements, merch, consumables, etc.) to ensure availability and accurate inventory.
- Assist with promoting and coordinating fitness programs, classes, and challenges.
- Contribute to social media content, promotions, and member engagement online.
- Provide administrative support and regular updates to management.
About You
- Hold a National Qualification in Fitness (or working toward one).
- Have experience in group fitness instruction and fitness programming.
- Bring a positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to step up when needed.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities, including stock management.
- Comfortable using and contributing to social media platforms.
