We are looking for a person to join our dynamic and collaborative Internal Sales Team, if you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a passion for exceptional customer service then this roll could be the perfect fit for you.
Main Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process orders received via phone, email and Web shop
- Answer the phone and emails to assist customers regarding enquiries – strong customer focus is essential
- Correctly inform customers of product availability and delivery status of orders through to successful delivery
- Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and logistic functions to ensure efficient order delivery service
- Work closely with External Sales to enhance the customer experience
- Perform additional tasks as required by the Company for example general office duties
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- A reliable team player who can also work independently when required
- Previous customer service experience is essential
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service in a similar role
- Previous employment experience in a Flooring company would be an excellent advantage
