The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative and accounts support across a varied caseload. The role involves regular interaction with colleagues, court messengers, Revenue, creditors, debtors and field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Collecting payments due to Revenue and other creditors.
Ø Liaising professionally with debtors to secure payment.
Ø Accurately recording and updating case notes across multiple IT systems.
Ø Preparing case information and supporting field teams ahead of site visits.
Ø Providing timely and accurate case updates to Revenue and other creditors.
Ø Supporting the office’s administrative and accounts functions as required.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:
Ø Office administration.
Ø Working in a busy, deadline-driven office environment.
Ø Bookkeeping, accounts or finance support.
Ø Case management or payment collection.
