The Firgrove Hotel Mitchelstown are now recruiting for the position of Part Time receptionist.
Duties
· To carry out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team.
· To ensure complete guest satisfaction through the prompt handling of guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
· To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.
· To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments.
· To ensure all cashiering and reporting procedures are adhered to.
· Assist other departments on a daily basis and maintain good working relationships with team members
· Handling telephone enquiries for all areas of the hotel.
· Cash handling, taking reservations.
· Attention to detail in relation to all admin work
· Ensure all sales opportunities are explored and fully followed up
The ideal candidate for this position:
· Must have previous experience in a similar Hotel role.
· Have night auditing / end of day cashier duties experience.
· Have previous bar / waitressing experience
· Be flexible with regards to hours
· Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
· Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· PMS experience preferably Hotsoft.
