Topsec is searching for an enthusiastic, career-minded Sales Support professional to join our excellent sales team.
Position Summary:
Full Time, based in our Sandyford HQ, you will work closely with our sales team to provide assistance and support in a variety of areas. Your responsibility will be to help the sales team in meeting their revenue goals by assisting with customer acquisition, account management, marketing, and post-sale activities.
Responsibilities
- Providing sales support and administrative assistance in respect of sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Liaise with customers and prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Issue documentation and reports to customers, sales team and management upon request.
- Follow up on quotations and sales leads etc.
- Maintaining the prospect Database
- Carry out Email shots and follow up on marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and or marketing administration, customer service experience would be a benefit.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and other data management software (CRM etc.).
- Ability to assist Communications team with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of IT industry and experience of working in/with MSP’s would be beneficial
- Attention to detail is necessary, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.

Pay: €37,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
