Lettings Office Admin
The go-to person keeping our office running — first point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors, and the glue between maintenance, lettings and office admin.
What you'll actually do:
- Be the first stop for calls, emails and office queries
- Log, track and chase maintenance jobs through to completion
- Coordinate contractors, access, and repairs with tenants and landlords
- Handle council/local authority liaison on inspections and remedial works
- Keep tenancy records and property files accurate and current
- Process property invoices
- Send weekly maintenance updates and keep compliance items (fire safety, gas servicing) on track
- General office admin — filing, supplies, meeting notes, Google reviews
You'll be a good fit if you're:
- Organised, and good at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- A confident communicator — comfortable on the phone with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Detail-oriented, especially with records and invoicing
- A self-starter who chases things down rather than waiting to be asked
- Handy with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Bonus: experience with property management systems (not essential — we'll train you)
The vibe: fast-paced, varied, no two days the same. You'll work independently but always as part of a small, tight team.
