Principle Objective
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring the highest standards of service and administration. They will act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent written and numerical skills
- Strong IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
- 3+ years’ experience in key account administration or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and order processing systems
- Proven track record in managing client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Oversee complex order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling queries, requests, and complaints
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships
- Administer contracts, renewals, and amendments for key accounts
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) to coordinate and deliver client requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements within account administration
- Mentor and support junior administration staff as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the development and implementation of strategic and business plans in consultation with Senior Management
- Always maintain a high standard of customer service
