Hollycare Health & Disability Services is a growing home support provider delivering high-quality care across Cork. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and professional Office Administrator to join our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding of new staff.
- Organise and monitor employee documentation, ensuring all records remain up to date.
- Follow up on Garda Vetting, training, compliance documents and work permits where applicable.
- Maintain accurate staff records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Support quality improvement and compliance activities.
- Communicate professionally with clients, family members, care staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and update care schedules to ensure service continuity.
- Provide general administrative support to the coordination and management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred service for clients.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own car.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally within Cork as required.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong spoken and written English.
Desirable
- Previous administration or recruitment experience.
- Experience in healthcare, home care or a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with HR administration or compliance processes.
