The Role:
Lead the front-of-house team on Saturdays & Sundays
Ensure smooth service, great coffee, and happy customers
Handle cash-ups, stock checks & basic ordering
Maintain HACCP standards & food safety proceduresSupport & train part-time staff
Cover summer holidays for full-time management team — extra hours available June-August
What we need:
1+ years café/restaurant experience essential
HACCP Level 1 or 2 certification — valid & in date
Proven people management skills — you can lead a shift calmly under pressure
Retail/customer service background — till, upselling, dealing with complaints
Available weekends + flexibility to cover annual leave over summer
Friendly, reliable, and genuinely love hospitality
