This is a full-time role as a car sales manager located on-site in Dublin, Ireland. The Car Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes, manage customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales staff, meeting sales targets, managing pre-owned vehicle sales, and engaging with customers to enhance their buying experience.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales Processes, Sales, and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Skills
- Team management experience, strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving sales performance
- Independent organisational and coordination skills, team cohesion
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous

Pay: €50,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
