The Parkview Hotel, Newtownmountkennedy, County WIcklow, requires experienced Chefs. Featuring the newly refurbished Nanny Kelly's Bar and Margo's Restaurant as well as a 300 seater function room, the Parkview Hotel is an exciting venue located just off the N11 in Newtownmountkennedy.
Ability to work on own initiative essential. The ideal candidate must also have experience in ordering & stock control along with at least level 1 HACCP training.
We pride ourselves on using only fresh produce and candidates will need to have a good attitude towards using local and fresh ingredients and a passion to grow the food trade.
Candidate will be required to work alongside the Executive Head Chef and Management to keep to a high standard of practice.
