A well-established business within the agricultural sector is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of its Wexford branch. This role will involve overseeing store and yard operations, supporting staff, managing stock, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Supervise daily retail and yard operations.

Provide excellent customer service and product support.

Manage stock control, deliveries, merchandising, and replenishment.

Support staff performance and maintain smooth branch operations.

Process sales transactions and purchase orders accurately.

Coordinate branch deliveries and supplier communication.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.

Assist with customer account management and branch administration.

Previous experience in retail, agri-retail, warehouse, or yard operations.

Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Strong customer service and organisational skills.

Experience with stock management and POS systems.

Knowledge of agricultural products is advantageous.
