dnata Catering & Retail Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.
We’re looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused IT Project Manager to support our Ireland business on an interim contract basis, for 12 months. In this role, you’ll take ownership of multiple business and IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational needs. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and global teams to drive progress and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT and business projects
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive delivery execution and ensure project objectives are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage governance processes including RAID logs, reporting, and escalations
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates
- Ensure business readiness and smooth deployment of solutions
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation actions
- Support testing, deployment, transition, and hypercare activities
- Maintain strong alignment between local teams and global project teams
- Delivering several important initiatives, including: Digital HACCP, Digital Seals, IoT Galley, Time & Attendance (T&A)

Requirments
- Proven experience delivering IT and business transformation projects
- Strong hands-on project delivery and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors and delivery partners
- Self-starter with the ability to drive projects forward independently
- Highly organised with strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with project tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or similar)
As we are a regulated entity within the aviation industry, every sucessful candiate must go through a 5 year background and garda vetting as part of our onboarding process.
Pay: €75,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
