Jarrz is looking for new staff to join us for the upcoming academic year!
Located in Waterford city, Jarrz is a family-run bar, that offers innovative self-service technology. While we are best known for events, sports, and students, our priority is ensuring every customer feels welcome, and leaves with a smile. We are an inclusive space for all, and work consistently to ensure that ethos is shared and promoted by our staff.
Previous bar experience is not necessary. Our priorities lie with your ability to be friendly, work as a team, and get stuck in.
We are hiring for both part-time and full time staff, so please indicate which you would prefer in your application. This position is only hireable for those 18 or over.
Job Description
- Greeting customers
- Opening and closing duties
- Maintaing cleanliness of the floor and bar
- Service of food and drinks
What You'll Bring
- A passion for customer service
- Interest in sports is a bonus but not expected
- Ability to work as a team
- An eagerness to expand your skills, including bartending, keg maintenance, beer wall/IT knowledge, hosting, and hospitality skills
