Responsibilities (this can be tweaked to suit the candidates previous experience):
- Assistance with project administration and preparation of SEAI grants
- Reception/Switchboard/Customer Serivce
- Preparation of quotations, SEAI and Safe Electric paperwork
- Support installation crews and sales team
- If coming from a technical background, logging of service call backs and tech support.
Skills and Attributes
- Must have solar PV experience, preferably in Ireland
- Familiarity with SEAI regulations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritse
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with IT systems
- Experience using CRM and project management software
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
