Currently seeking a Sales Assistant for our 2 boutiques located in Donegal town as well as our online department. We want a flexible individual who we can trust to work in all 3 sectors of our business. In our boutique‘s, your job will entail serving customers one to one and providing exceptional customer service and care. You must use your initiative and be able to rotate shop stock and restock sizes. You must be able to answer the phone and use the till. You must be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
In our online department, you must be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and you are expected to be able to use social media eg. Facebook, Instagram. You will also have to provide a personal shopping experience to each online customer. Our main objective is to have a new employee who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service in store and online.
