The Role
We are seeking a talented experienced Architects with between 3 and 7 years’ experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting projects through all stages of development, working closely with practice team and under the design lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of technical design development and support in construction documentation on assigned projects
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications and detailing
- Coordinate effectively within the wider design team across projects
- Prepare design proposals and project progress professionally
- Achieve project time lines, quality control, and technical coordination
- Support risk management and value engineering processes
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, Building Control requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members while maintaining high drawing, documentation and output standards
- Contribute positively to the collaborative culture of the practice
Job Requirements
- RIAI Registered Architect
- 3–7 years’ experience in architectural practice
- Strong problem solving ability combined with excellent technical and compliance knowledge
- Experience with CAD, Microsoft Office suite, Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Revit/ArchiCAD is advantageous
- Understanding of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Fire Safety, and Building control legislation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
- Full time in office attendance. We find collaboration in the office benefits workflow and outcomes
