We currently have a vacancy for a Creche Manager position in our Fernbank centre in Churchtown.

Requirements for Creche manager:
- FETAC Level 8 in Early Years Education
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with Families, children, and staff as well as fellow managers and directors.
- Proven ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, including the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
The role would entail responsibility for:
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Maintain high standards of care in the centre.
- Staff training and mentoring- being an example to the team with hands-on support in the classrooms.
- Evaluating staff performance and productivity.
- Ensuring effective communications across all areas of business.
- Liaising and maintaining good relationship with parents.
- Work closely with Managing Directors.
