We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and help drive sales growth throughout Ireland. The position involves regular customer visits, strong commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.

Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Build long-term relationships with installers, electrical contractors, wholesalers, and commercial customers.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.

Follow up on quotations and sales leads to maximise conversion rates.

Work closely with the Sales Director and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions when required.

Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to the Sales Director.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales or account management.

Experience within renewable energy, electrical, construction, or wholesale distribution is an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Full clean Irish driving licence.
