What you’ll do:• Lead the delivery of Reception and Security Services, including Security/Manned Guarding Services• Manage client relationships, developing strong ties with day-to-day clients and implementing innovative initiatives• Act as the point of escalation and issue resolution for all Security issues on site• Lead, develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to the agreed standards• Ensure a safe, compliant environment for teams and customers by overseeing staff training, conducting safety walks, and managing accident/incident investigations• Actively collaborate with the Campus Team• Handle finance and budgetary management, ensuring forecasts are completed, tracking performance against budget, and managing client billing and supplier/vendor invoicing processes What you bring:
