Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of nursing home operations

Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations

Oversee clinical governance and quality of care

Manage and support multidisciplinary teams

About You

Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration

Significant experience in senior nursing/management roles

Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge
