THE ROLE
- Domestic Carpentry
- General Building Work
- Plasterboarding & Finishing
- Roofing & Repairs
- Fitting Doors, Floors & Partitions
- Bathroom Refurbishments
- General Property Maintenance
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- Blockwork / Concrete Work
- Reading Drawings & Working to Specification
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Team player with good communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good time keeping and organisation skills
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety
- Full clean driving licence preferred
- Safe Pass required
- Manual Handling certification preferred
- Own tools and transport an advantage
