We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic SAP Quality Assurance Tester to drive end-to-end (E2E) testing and quality validation for our SAP landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers (TPMs), Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners, and cross-functional onshore/offshore teams to ensure the seamless delivery of system fixes, enhancements, and roadmap milestones.
Depending on the level of the role, you will either serve as a subject matter expert in test execution and defect management, or act as a Liaison Quality Assurance Tester (LQT) responsible for defining testing strategies, driving stakeholder alignment, and managing administrative compliance across the project lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing…
Partnering with Technical Project Managers and global teams to define project lifecycles, align on VZ/3PL requirements, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end to end processes and system architecture.
Developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies (FUT, UAT, regression, negative, and production validation) across VZ/3PL platforms, managing test scripts, data creation, and Early Release (ER) validations.
Leading defect management processes and ensure strict ALM/JIRA compliance. Identify and resolve failed tests, facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) workshops, and hold cross-functional teams accountable using key metrics.
Directing daily and nightly test executions across onshore/offshore teams (BSaI, GTS, and 3PL), driving stakeholder alignment, meeting strict timelines, and proactively escalating risks or delays.
Creating and delivering Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, end-user documentation, and production support training to ensure seamless adoption of new releases.
Facilitating cross-functional workshops to proactively remove project blockers, and provide accurate metrics, release documentation, and status updates to support TPMs and GSSCS PMO leadership.
What we’re looking for…
You'll need to have:
Proven experience in software testing across all development cycles (FUT, UAT, Regression, Production Validation), with strong proficiency in tools like JIRA and Micro Focus ALM.
Experience in end-to-end (E2E) business processes, SAP IT architecture, and full-lifecycle defect management.
Demonstrated experience coordinating effectively with 3PL partners, onshore/offshore teams, and cross-functional business units.
Experience acting as a TPM liaison, analyzing project metrics, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Experience with Organisational Change Management principles and hands-on experience developing end-user training and support materials.
Even better if you have…
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to lead defect management calls, facilitate workshops, and draft clear technical documentation.
Active credentials in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP S/4HANA).
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium) to streamline repetitive regression cycles.
Certifications in project management or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, or SAFe) that complement your work with TPMs.
