Key Account Manager (Hybrid - Monaghan)
Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 (DOE)
Location: Monaghan (Hybrid - approx. 2 days onsite per week)
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing business within the food/FMCG sector. This role is focused on managing and developing key customer relationships while driving revenue growth across retail and foodservice channels.
You will play a critical role in delivering sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with key accounts across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within retail and foodservice

Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue and margin growth

Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts

Deliver against sales targets and KPIs

Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial agreements

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams

Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports

Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings

Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales (ideally FMCG/food industry)

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Full clean driving licence required
