Honest Elevator Company (HEC) Limited is seeking a driven, professional, and commercially focused Sales Representative to develop business across the Leinster region.
This is a field-based sales role suited to a candidate who is confident in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and representing the company in a professional manner across a defined territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, meeting prospective and existing clients, promoting the company’s services, and achieving agreed sales targets.
The role includes a company vehicle or van, mobile phone, fuel card, basic salary, and commission structure, and is designed for a candidate who is motivated by both relationship-building and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the Leinster region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote and sell the company’s products and/or services to customers across the assigned territory
- Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and sales appointments
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and pricing information as required
- Maintain regular contact with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term account growth
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives
- Keep accurate records of meetings, pipeline activity, quotations, and sales outcomes
- Report regularly to management on sales activity, market feedback, and opportunities
- Work closely with the office and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
- Represent the company professionally at all times in the market
Territory and Travel Requirements
- The role will involve regular travel throughout the Leinster region
- Attendance at the company’s base in Ashbourne, Co. Meath will be required as necessary for meetings, reporting, training, and coordination
- A full clean driving licence will typically be required for this role
Package and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive:
- Basic salary of €35,000

This package is intended to support a candidate who will be actively travelling across the region and managing client relationships in the field.
