About the Role
As Floor Supervisor, you will be the face of Zozimus, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service throughout the venue. You will play a crucial role in hosting bookings and events, coordinating with the bookings team, and leading the floor team to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and host bookings and events, ensuring all client needs are met.Liaise with the bookings team in the office to confirm event details and ensure smooth communication.
Coordinate the floor team and kitchen service to maintain efficient and timely service. Collaborate with the bar management and team to upsell cocktails and drinks, maximising revenue.Ensure smooth communication and service between the floor and bar teams. Manage guest relations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor supervisor or in a similar hospitality role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of cocktails and beverages is a plus. Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
Pay: From €15.50 per hour
