Baker required for production kitchen.
Experience with sourdough and laminating pastry is preferred but not essential. Must have passion for all things bread, be hard working, reliable and a willingness to learn. Looking for someone who I can help drive the business forward.
4am starts, so own transport is important as the location is rural.
