Chef de Partie required for tourist orientated Hotel in Temple Bar. Blooms Hotel has a vacancy for a chef de partie looking to form part of a dynamic team. The position would suit applicants with at least 1 or 2 years prior experience in a Chef position and looking to further their career and enthusiastic about new challenges.
The main requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
· Fulltime position 37.5 hours, mix of shifts available.
· Able to reliably commute to Dublin 2.
· Confident and can work on own initiative.
· Good English preferred.
· Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years as Chef de Partie).
· Assist head chef in developing specials and new dishes.
