We are looking for a Web Sales Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
The role would suit someone with good IT skills, a professional manner, and strong communication abilities. You will be helping customers with web sales enquiries, processing orders, updating records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our online sales and customer service function.
Key responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone, email, and online
- Supporting web sales administration and order processing
- Updating customer and sales records accurately
- Assisting with product, delivery, and account queries
- Working with internal systems and online platforms
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role would be helpful, but is not essential. We would also consider someone new to the workforce who is eager to learn and develop in the role.
