Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative to join our Production team on a 6 month contract. The role is hands-on and involves supporting the production process to ensure the efficient and timely creation of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of dairy products according to company standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Handle and package finished goods for storage or distribution.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to support production goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of tasks within production.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - Morning shift & Evening shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour
