Lahinch Corner Kitchen is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Bartender / Waiter / Server to join our team in Lahinch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Prepare coffees and other hot beverages using a professional coffee machine.
- Operate the coffee machine confidently and maintain good coffee quality.
- Handle payments and operate the till when required.
- Keep tables, the bar and service areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bar or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Some experience using a professional coffee machine is especially desirable.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a busy environment, particularly during peak periods.
- Previous bar experience is an advantage, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
Pay: €12.00-€18.00 per hour
