MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure excellent communication with all departments.

To maintain a high standard of service.

Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift that a full and thorough handover takes place at the end of the shift.

Report any maintainence or security issues to appropriate personnel.

Attend all fire, health and safety and first aid training

Be passionate about hospitality, and thrive on working as part of a team

Set up and Break down of Function Rooms.

Be committed to their own personal development.

To Assist Management with any reasonable request.

Be comfortable working on their own and as part of a team
Minimum Requirements:

Previous similar experience is an advantage.

Ability to use own initiative

Friendly outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills

Flexible regarding working hours
