Healthcare Package Coordinator – Join the Kare Plan Team!
Salary: €35,000 per year

Kare Plan is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Healthcare Package Coordinator to join our growing team!This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating high-quality, person-centred care. You will work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals and our dedicated care teams to help ensure that every client receives the right support at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and managing healthcare and homecare packages
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, GPs, nurses and healthcare professionals
- Supporting referrals, client onboarding and care arrangements
- Assisting with care scheduling and service coordination
- Keeping client information and care records accurate, organised and confidential
- Working closely with the wider Kare Plan team to deliver an excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, homecare, care coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to confidential information
- A caring, positive and solutions-focused attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems
