We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales / Customer Service person to support our busy sales team and help deliver a seamless experience for our customers. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being at the heart of a team.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly, from managing bookings to supporting customers and ensuring our courses are delivered efficiently, with a clear pathway to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations and coordination
- Processing course bookings and issuing timely confirmations
- Managing and responding to multiple shared inboxes
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Preparing and sending quotations, with follow-ups where needed
- Building and maintaining customer and prospect lists
- Keeping CRM and CMS systems accurate and up to date
- Helping maximise course capacity and optimise scheduling
- Coordinating logistics for off-site training
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales support, admin, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
- Comfortable using technology, with an interest in websites and/or social media an advantage

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
