About One Dame Lane
One Dame Lane is a fashion-led jewellery brand with a strong focus on craftsmanship, personal styling, and long-term customer relationships. Formerly based in Dublin city centre, we are now located in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, with a second shop in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
We design and make jewellery in-house, work with international brand collaborators, and place equal importance on in-store and online customer experience.
The Role
This is a part-time, role for an experienced retail professional. It would need flexible availability.
You will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service, achieving sales targets, supporting online order fulfilment, and handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who takes ownership, follows through, and understands how retail, online sales, and operations work together.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, personalised customer service
- Advise and style customers, including bridal consultations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Pick, pack, and process online orders
- Respond to online customer queries when required
- Maintain product knowledge and brand standards
- Support stock handling and basic administrative tasks
- Take responsibility for tasks from start to finish
Experience & Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a retail role with e-commerce exposure
- Strong customer-facing sales experience
- Confident using POS and online platforms
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
