We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our team in a community-based residential service in Maynooth and Leixlip, Co. Kildare, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support to residents
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Promote independence, dignity, and choice
Support individuals to achieve personal goals
Encourage community participation and social inclusion
Maintain records in line with HIQA standards
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
Level 7 or above in Social Care (or related discipline) – essential
CORU registration (or eligible to register) – essential
Full clean driving licence – essential
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility to work in Ireland
