Experience with coordinated drawings, BIM processes and electrical submittals would be an advantage.
Package
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €70,000–€80,000, depending on experience, together with a company vehicle, fuel card and employer pension contributions.
One point I would clarify before advertising is whether the person will have full responsibility for project budgets and commercial performance. If they will, that should definitely remain prominent in the description because it helps justify the salary and attracts candidates with genuine Project Manager experience rather than Site Manager experience.
Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Company car
- Company pension
- On-site parking
